The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. - Lead general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. - Oversee fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidation processes. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies. - Support the annual audit process by preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors. - Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls. - Mentor and support junior accountants and finance staff - Preferred Local candidates- Ahmedabad and Indore LocationQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s is a plus). - 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a U.S.-based company or serving U.S. clients. - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting. - Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Xero, or Oracle). - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling). - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.Shift Timing - 5.30PM- 2.30AMWork Location- Indore / AhmedabadIf interested, please share your updated resume- nandini.bose@paperchase.acContact Number 9687600760
