Role Overview:

The Product Owner/Lead is responsible for defining and executing the vision and direction of the pod's projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet specific objectives related to UX enhancement, POC development, or customizing existing solutions for customer demos. The Product Owner/Lead should have a strong background in AI/ML, proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.

Common Responsibilities Across All Pods:

  1. Vision and Roadmap Development:
  • Define the product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on changing requirements and feedback.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration and Management:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, particularly focusing on incorporating AI/ML capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  1. Agile Process Implementation:
  • Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate team collaboration using tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Git.
  1. Team Alignment and Focus:
  • Keep the team focused on deliverables and aligned with product objectives, especially when integrating AI/ML solutions.
  • Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  1. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, particularly in AI/ML and emerging technologies.
  • Organize training sessions on relevant new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Maintain transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.


Pod-Specific Job Descriptions

Pod A: Product Owner/Lead - UX and Design Enhancement

Focus: Improve the overall UX for large deals defense and offering development by creating microsites and leveraging Figma, Adobe XD and other tools for visual storytelling and prototyping.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of microsites and UX enhancements for defense decks.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers & front-end developers to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Leverage tools like Figma for rapid prototyping and design iteration.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization and user analytics to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure all design solutions align with the latest UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and AI-enhanced UX methodologies.
  • Conducted comprehensive analysis to identify gaps, leading to the adoption of new features
  • Conducting monthly UX workshops and training sessions for team members.

Success Metrics:

  • User Feedback: Positive feedback from stakeholders and end-users regarding UX improvements and AI-driven features.
  • Design Quality: Number of design iterations and final deliverable quality.
  • Adoption Rate: Rate of adoption and usage of new AI-enhanced UX designs and microsites.

Pod B: Product Owner/Lead – Bespoke POC/Demo Development

Focus: Develop bespoke POCs and demos from the ground up for offering development and ongoing large deal submissions to increase our win rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and demos from initial concept to final delivery, incorporating AI/ML models to enhance functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define technical requirements, solution architecture, and AI/ML integration strategies.
  • Ensure POCs and demos are innovative, scalable, AI-enhanced, and align with business needs and technology trends to help increase win rates of large deals and improved funnel for multi-tower offerings being developed.

Key Deliverables:

  • Innovative POCs and demos that showcase new AI/ML-enhanced offerings and solutions to help increase win rates of large deals.
  • Scalable and technically sound prototypes that demonstrate feasibility, AI integration, and business value.
  • Comprehensive documentation, including AI/ML model documentation and user guides for POCs and demos.

  • Innovation and Feasibility: Quality and innovation of AI-enhanced POCs and demos delivered.
  • Technical Excellence: Adherence to technical standards, AI/ML best practices, and innovative approaches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Level of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction with AI-enhanced demos and POCs.

  • Innovation Index: Number of new AI technologies and innovative features successfully integrated into POCs.
  • Technical Robustness: Stability, performance metrics, and effectiveness of AI models in demos and POCs.

Pod C: Product Owner/Lead - Customized Demo Development

Focus: Customize demos for specific solutions (Cloud BlazeTech, Netops.AI, etc.) for large deals in collaboration with various Service Lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of demos by customizing existing solutions (Cloud BlazeTech, Netops.AI, etc.) with AI/ML enhancements tailored to specific large deals requirements.
  • Work closely with service lines to understand their offerings, including AI capabilities, and integrate them into demos.
  • Ensure demos are compelling, customer-focused, highlight the unique value propositions of each service line, and leverage AI/ML for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Coordinate with deal directors and EA teams to ensure demos align with strategic goals and customer needs for large deals.

Key Deliverables:

  • Customized, high-impact demos that effectively showcase the capabilities of specific service lines, enriched with AI/ML features.
  • Successful integration of multiple service offerings and AI models into cohesive, customer-centric demos.
  • Detailed demo scripts, AI model documentation, and supporting materials for sales and marketing teams.

  • Customization and Relevance: Level of customization and AI/ML relevance of demos to specific SST deals.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Effectiveness of collaboration with various service lines and integration of their offerings and AI capabilities.
  • Enhancing Win Rates: Success in supporting large deals efforts through impactful, AI-enhanced demos, thereby increasing win rates.
