Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

As they continue to expand their presence and reach, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing strategy and drive growth.


Location: Mumbai, India


Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
  2. Brand Management: Define and communicate the company's brand identity, values, and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  3. Audience Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to identify and target key audience segments, and develop strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers through various marketing channels and campaigns.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and producers to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversion.
  6. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  7. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with other brands, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive mutual growth.
  8. Product Marketing: Work closely with product development teams to understand product offerings, features, and benefits, and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products effectively in the market.
  9. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
  10. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that marketing initiatives deliver optimal results within budgetary constraints.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, and experience leveraging data analytics and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
