“HCL Software” Is a Product Development Division of HCL Tech: That operates its primary software business. At HCL Software we develop, market, sell and support over 20 product families in the areas of Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & Automation.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and enhancement of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) product. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining critical components of the CDP, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

1. Software Development:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for the CDP product.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in CDP-specific technologies.

· Implement features and functionality according to product requirements.

2. CDP Product Enhancement:

· Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the CDP product by staying informed about industry trends and incorporating best practices.

· Participate in discussions to define and prioritize new features, enhancements, and technical debt reduction initiatives.

3. System Architecture:

· Work closely with architects to contribute to the overall system architecture and design decisions for the CDP.

· Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software components.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

· Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the CDP software.

· Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

· Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand and refine product requirements.
