Datacenter Operations Lead – Job DescriptionExperience: 6-12 YearsLocation: Bangalore, Hyderabad, ChennaiRoles & Responsibilities- Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Industry delivery standards. - Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations. - Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics. - Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning. - Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments. - Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets. - Drive transformation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes.- Grow your expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and service management.Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in Datacenter operations, service delivery, and client management. - Proven ability to manage large distributed teams (250+ resources) across geographies. - Strong understanding of Datacenter technologies: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and monitoring tools. - ITIL V4 certified with hands-on experience in applying ITIL processes. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in financial management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
