STYLI marketplace has quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India.Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate payment processing and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.1. Customer Transactions:- Process customer refunds in alignment with company policies and SLAs. - Manage customer wallet transfers with accurate and proper documentation.2. Vendor & Partner Payments:- Prepare and execute vendor payments in coordination with sourcing and operations teams. - Handle duty payments and ensure compliance with customs/tax regulations. - Process SCOC/PCOC payments (Shipping/Procurement Charges of Customs) accurately and on time.3. Expense & Invoice Management:- Verify, record, and process non-trade invoices (e.g., admin, overheads & services). - Ensure proper approvals, coding, and compliance with internal accounting policies.4. Reconciliations & Reporting:- Perform import reconciliation (Import Reco), ensuring accuracy of duty, freight, and supplier cost allocations. - Support monthly closing activities, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations. - Assist in preparing reports for management review and audits.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory). - 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting. - Strong understanding of accounts payable, reconciliations, and statutory compliance - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.At Styli, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered.
