About the Role

Conexxia is a leading Australian IT Consulting Company specializing in agile development, continuous delivery, and DevOps. We are passionate about strategic automation and Digital Transformation, currently servicing prominent customers across Australia and Europe.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Recruiter/Business Coordinator to join our growing team. This dual-focus role will primarily lead our recruitment efforts while also supporting essential business operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels in both talent acquisition and administrative coordination.

Primary Responsibilities: Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including writing compelling job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers
  • Post job openings on appropriate platforms and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Develop talent attraction initiatives to improve our employer brand

Secondary Responsibilities: Business Coordination

  • Handle daily office activities, operations, and administrative duties in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and manage HR on/offboarding processes
  • Create and update databases with personnel, financial, and other essential data
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of business systems
  • Manage company social media presence, particularly and website content

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a professional demeanour
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise messages for diverse audiences
  • Strong prioritization abilities and comfort working under deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
