Conduct capacity planning for growing workloads.Automation & Python Scripting: Develop custom tools and automate tasks using Python to improve efficiency and reliability.Upstream Contribution: Actively contribute to the Ceph open-source community code, bug fixes, enhancements.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Build robust monitoring solutions. Resolve critical issues swiftly and systematically.Backup, DR & Security: Design resilient backup/DR strategies and ensure compliance with security best practices.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with infra, dev, and network teams to integrate Ceph into larger infrastructure stacks.
