We are seeking a Senior Compliance & Governance Specialist to strengthen our compliance framework, safeguard customer confidence, and ensure governance discipline across all operations.
Role Overview:
The Senior Compliance & Governance Specialist will act as a custodian of compliance, governance, and customer trust within NKlusive.
This role is critical to ensuring that every business process, customer interaction, and operational workflow reflects the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and service expected in luxury real estate.
Key & Governance:
- Drive compliance audits across documentation, CRM/ERP systems, and communication channels.
- Identify risks, non-compliance, and process gaps; propose corrective actions and preventive frameworks.
- Maintain updated compliance trackers, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Ensure alignment of processes with company policies, vision, and industry standards.
Customer Assurance & Grievance Handling:
- Act as a senior escalation point for customer grievances raised through the Customer Grievance Cell.
- Ensure swift and empathetic resolution of issues, reinforcing brand trust.
- Conduct structured customer feedback surveys, analyze insights, and highlight areas for improvement.
Process Excellence & Risk Mitigation:
- Partner with internal teams to embed governance checks into operational workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risk.
- Leverage data analytics and MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) to monitor trends and identify recurring issues.
Collaboration & Advisory:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Advise management on governance-related matters, emerging risks, and best practices.
- Assist in audits, policy rollouts, and compliance training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in related discipline (Management/Legal/Process specialization preferred).
- 4-8 years of experience in compliance, process governance, or audit roles (Real Estate/Financial Services/Hospitality sectors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of compliance auditing, process controls, and grievance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory; working knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
