This role involves coordinating with banks/financial institutions, assisting customers with documentation, tracking loan applications, and ensuring a smooth disbursement process until possession. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, finance, and banking partners to deliver a seamless post-sales experience. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the loan application process post property booking. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan sanctioning and disbursement. Assist customers in preparing and submitting all required loan documentation. Maintain accurate and updated records of loan status in the CRM system. Liaise with internal sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure proper documentation flow. Track and follow up with banks/partners to ensure timely disbursement of loans. Provide regular updates and support to customers regarding their loan status. Handle queries, escalations, and issue resolution related to post-sales loan processing. Prepare MIS reports on loan processing, approvals, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and banking norms. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of home loan processing and financial documentation. Familiarity with banking/real estate processes and housing finance products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in post-sales operations, loan processing, or CRM (real estate or banking preferred). Experience working with multiple banks/NBFCs will be an added advantage. Key Attributes Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
