To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Head Civil – Growth Projects and Infrastructure Capex, Vedanta Jharsuguda.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -


  • Review of engineering & execution drawing; highlighting gaps & ensuring completeness
  • Budget Planning & control on fund flow vis-a-vis progress
  • Periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource and manpower requirements
  • Overall Responsible for contractual delivery of civil work with high focus on quality & safety
  • Establishing & maintaining positive relationships with existing and new clients, consultants, subcontractors, and fellow team members
  • Understand, enforce, manage and/or direct contractual responsibilities, contract documents, subcontracts and dispute resolution
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance of all applicable Quality Control/ Assurance requirements
  • Development of skill matrix and identification of gaps for team
  • Conduct regular internal safety audit and Monitor, plan and review for improvement


CRITERIA:


  • 60% and above throughout the education
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 10-14 years of work experience in relevant field
  • Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders, through effective communication
