Key Responsibilities Drive employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention. Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution. Manage end-to-end hiring processes for various BPO roles. Conduct policy refresher trainings to ensure compliance and awareness among staff. Organize and execute employee welfare programs and initiatives. Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and standards. Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships and boost productivity. Requirements A candidate with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a BPO setup . Strong background in employee engagement, grievance handling, and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
