Location: Bangalore, IndiaDepartment: Pricing & CommercialReports To: Head of PricingKey Responsibilities- Lead and execute pricing strategies for *large, complex IT deals*, ensuring competitive and sustainable margins- Conduct **contract reviews**, collaborating with legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure commercial viability and compliance- Drive **governance processes** across pricing submissions, approvals, and risk mitigation protocols- Implement and manage **new-age pricing models** including:- Outcome-Based Pricing- ARC/RRC (Annual Recurring Charges / Revenue-Related Charges)- Gain Share Models- Own development and automation of **pricing and reporting dashboards** using Python or other advanced reporting tools- Partner with sales, solutioning, and finance teams to create compelling commercial proposals- Mentor and lead a team of pricing analysts and managers- Continuously improve pricing frameworks and align with market trends and internal strategiesQualifications & Experience- MBA in Finance, CA, or ICWA (preferred: combination of finance and technology exposure)- Strong proficiency in **Python** and/or **advanced reporting tools** (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**, with stakeholder management across global teams- Proven experience in **leading teams**, mentoring junior professionals, and driving cross-functional initiativesDesired Attributes- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset- Ability to simplify complex pricing structures for executive-level stakeholders- High attention to detail and strong analytical acumen- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
