Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications:Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in account management, or a related role. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
