What You'll Do :- Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand and digital campaigns.- Design Direction: Translate client briefs into strong visual narratives and innovative design solutions.- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the creative process-from ideation to final delivery-ensuring quality, creativity, and timeliness.- Team Management: Guide, mentor, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative partners.- Brand Strategy: Drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated communication design.- Innovation: Stay updated with trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output relevant and fresh.- Client Communication: Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.- Pitch Involvement: Actively participate and lead creative pitches and presentations. What We're Looking For (Requirements):- 6 - 10 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment.- Proven experience leading brand campaigns and digital-first design work.- Strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and storytelling.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects); familiarity with 3D/animation tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Premiere Pro) is a plus.- Strong sense of typography, layout, and detail orientation.- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
