Grapes Worldwide:At Grapes Worldwide, we blend strategy, creativity, and innovation to build powerful brand stories that connect and convert.As a leading integrated communications agency, we specialize in delivering impactful marketing, PR, and digital strategies across global markets.Join a team that values vision, collaboration, and transformation.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director Public Relations to lead PR strategies, foster strong media relationships, and oversee a team of PR professionals across diverse verticals.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client goals and brand messaging.- Lead client communication, providing strategic counsel, media training, and reputation management advice.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.- Oversee press releases, bylines, pitches, media kits, and other PR content to ensure quality and consistency.- Manage PR campaigns end-to-endfrom ideation to execution and reporting.- Monitor media coverage and PR performance, generating insights and ROI-driven reports for clients.- Collaborate with internal teams (social, creative, strategy) to ensure cohesive integrated campaigns.- Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members, driving productivity and professional growth.- Identify proactive media opportunities, award submissions, and speaking engagements for clients.- Stay up to date with PR trends, digital PR tools, and the evolving media and influencer 7-9 minimum proven experience in public relations, preferably in an agency environment.- Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and PR campaigns across industries.- Strong media network across traditional and digital platforms, with demonstrated success in media placements.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.- Strategic mindset with a creative and results-driven approach.- Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a plus.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.Who should apply:- PRofessionals with 7-9 years of experience, preferably in integrated or digital-first PR environments.- Someone who can draft, review, and execute content strategies from media pitches to press releases to thought leadership.- Excellent at building media relations, both across national feature media and niche blogger networks.- Familiar with clients across categories consumer, tech, lifestyle, D2C or BFSI.- Thinks like a partner, works like a collaborator, and leads with ownership.- Youll be expected to guide junior talent, manage multiple mandates, and contribute to the larger growth of the PR vertical at Grapes.
