Description :- Job Role : Product Manager- Location : Noida (Work From Office)- Experience : 5-10 YearsRole Overview :We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with strong experience in taking products from concept to launch.You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable solutions.This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.Responsibilities :- Lead product lifecycle end-to-end : from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.- Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time.- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine products.- Define and track product success metrics and KPIs; make data-driven decisions for prioritization.- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and cross-team alignment to ensure cost-efficient delivery.- Drive Agile/iterative releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to reduce time-to-market.- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, workflows, agreements, POCs).- Present product updates and strategies to leadership, securing buy-in and influencing priorities.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML-driven products.- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.- Experience working with Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives and user needs (ref:hirist.tech)
