We focus on getting to know our clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships and ensure success.We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full-Stack Developer/AI Engineer to build a set of intelligent, AI-driven web applications that will power solution discovery, orchestrate AI experiment workflows, automate reporting, and support a collaborative innovation marketplace.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working at the intersection of AI, data, and product innovation, and wants to see their work empower users and innovators alike.WHAT YOU GET TO DO AI Discovery Chat WebAppDevelop a chat-based interface that enables users to discover existing solutions using semantic search and LLM-powered natural language interaction.Integrate with vector databases or Azure AI Search to enable intelligent retrieval.AI Experiment OrchestratorBuild a backend service that accepts user inquiries and dynamically routes requests to relevant AI experiments to generate results.Enable agent-like capabilities such as multi-step reasoning, prompt chaining, and modular AI service calls.Automated Reporting and Data PipelineConnect to Dataverse to fetch and structure data inputs.Design automated pipelines to feed data into AI experiments and route outputs to Power BI for real-time reporting.Innovation Marketplace PlatformBuild a web-based platform where:Innovators can discover, adopt, and contribute to AI solution ideas.Users can collaborate with others on shared experiments or prototypes.The system captures and displays telemetry and usage data for each AI solution.Implement user authentication, versioning, and solution publication workflows.Connect to development resources and ADOsManager DashboardBuild an interactive web dashboard that:Visualizes customer support and personnel metricsHighlights anomalies and root causesIncludes a real-time AI-powered chat windowIntegrate data from multiple sources (e.g., DfM, HR systems, ZebraAI)Orchestrate AI prompt experiments (via Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel) to diagnose root causes of anomalies and provide actionable insights.Build a chat interface to interact with AI orchestrator: answering questions, surfacing data trends, and explaining root causesAutomate data refresh, alerting, and insight workflows (e.g., through Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Power Automate).WHAT YOU BRING 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend; Node.js, Python, or .NET for backend).Experience with Azure services, including:Azure AI Search / Cognitive SearchDataversePower BI IntegrationAzure Functions / Logic Apps / Azure OpenAIAzure API managementDemonstrated experience working with LLMs, semantic search in production or prototype environments.Strong understanding of REST APIs, data modeling, backend integration and automation pipelines.Knowledge of vector similarity search, embeddings, and content indexing.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Other RequirementsAbility to design scalable, modular systems for AI agent orchestration and multi-step workflows.Familiarity with data governance, telemetry collection, and analytics.Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.Prior work building internal AI tools, innovation hubs, or marketplace platforms.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Understanding of user experience design and collaborative product workflows.MORE ABOUT WIMMER SOLUTIONSWimmer Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
