This is a milestone-based compensated role during Phase 1, transitioning into a core founding position for the right person.Your RoleYou’ll own the entire technical build of this ecosystem — from backend architecture to front-end execution — collaborating directly with the founder to bring the product vision to life.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, test, and deploy a complete e-commerce + rewards ecosystem (Backend and Admin) using the MERN Stack and mobile app using React Native/ FlutterBuild and integrate wallets, reward engines, and affiliate systems with scalable APIs.Integrate coupon and cashback ecosystems (e.g., GrabOn, CashKaro, etc.) using postback/S2S mechanisms.Develop vendor, user, and performance dashboards with analytics insights.Ensure system security, scalability, and modularity from Day 1.Manage API integrations (payments, wallets, partners) and cloud deployment.Maintain clean, well-documented, and extensible codebases.Required Skills & Experience✅ MERN Stack Expertise: 5+ years of solid experience in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.✅ E-commerce Architecture: Proven track record in building end-to-end commerce or marketplace systems.✅ Reward / Affiliate Systems: Understanding of affiliate, coupon, cashback, or postback integrations.✅ Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in AWS/GCP, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline management.✅ Security & Data Handling: Role-based access, encryption, and secure authentication workflows.✅ Scalability & Performance: Experience designing modular, high-availability systems.✅ Mobile-first Thinking: Familiarity with React Native or Flutter integration.✅ Ownership Mindset: Ability to work independently and think beyond the code — into product, growth, and impact.Must have SkillsExperience with gamification, wallet logic, or multi-level incentive systems.Background in microservices, serverless functions, or distributed systems.Understanding of reward tracking, affiliate postbacks, and analytics integrations.Startup experience or direct collaboration with founders.How to Apply (We won't consider applications without the answers to these questions )📧 Send your application to arun@thegrowthmantra.com with the subject line:“MERN Developer – [Your Name]”Include your answers to the following:What’s your experience with MERN stack and e-commerce or marketplace builds?Share links to live projects (Web + Mobile) you’ve developed.Have you built or integrated reward, gamification, or affiliate systems before?
