About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion efforts, operating primarily in the field. Your core responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting talented part-time job seekers to serve as advisors/agents, providing them with comprehensive training, and continuously mentoring them to achieve ambitious business development targets. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within your team, ensuring adherence to all business processes and delivering exceptional value to our clients through appropriate financial Recruitment & Team Building:
- Actively identify, interview, and recruit suitable candidates, including part-time job seekers, to build and expand a robust team of financial advisors/agents.- Lead comprehensive team building initiatives to foster a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing sales & Development:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to equip your team with essential skills in lead generation through diverse channels such as social media, professional networking, referrals, and word-of-mouth.- Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to enhance their prospecting skills, client engagement techniques, and product Development & Sales Drive:
- Take primary ownership for driving business development through the performance of your appointed advisors/agents.- Focus on new business generation by setting aggressive targets for your team and guiding them to achieve and exceed these goals.
- Conduct client visits (field work) both independently and alongside your team to support complex sales situations, deepen client relationships, and ensure high-quality service Solutions:
- Ensure that your team consistently provides the right financial solutions to customers, aligning product offerings with individual client needs and objectives.- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ethical conduct in all client Adherence & Compliance:
- Strictly adhere to all required business processes and norms, ensuring all operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.- Maintain accurate records of team performance, sales activities, and compliance & Reporting:
- Monitor team performance closely, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, team performance, and market & Required: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business Background: Post Graduate qualification with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (within the overall 5 Domicile: Must have domicile in the same city as the job location (Nearest Work Comfort: Comfortable and experienced in conducting extensive client visits locally and engaging in field-based & Management: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, lead, and motivate a sales team Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating independently while fostering team success.
