We work across industries to help enterprises accelerate digital transformation, optimize operations, and unlock actionable insights through data and automation.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation environments.Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and customers to define business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. - Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to capture detailed business processes. - Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven optimization.2. Documentation & Communication- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and other requirement documents. - Create use-case documentation and feature specifications for development teams. - Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.3. Data & Process Analysis- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. - Evaluate the feasibility of AI and automation solutions for business problems. - Work with data engineers, ML teams, and product owners to refine solution design.4. Project Coordination- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination. - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution.5. Stakeholder Management- Serve as a point of contact between business users and technical teams. - Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies proactively. - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.Required SkillsTechnical & Analytical Skills- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and SDLC/Agile methodologies. - Experience working on AI, automation, data analytics, or enterprise digital products (good to have). - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau (any). - Ability to interpret data and generate insights.Soft Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - High ownership mentality and attention to detail.Education- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, etc.) is a plus.
