We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cybersecurity Intern to join our team in Nagpur.Job Summary:As a Cybersecurity Intern at Delaplex you will gain handson experience in the field of cybersecurity working alongside our experienced team to protect our organizations information systems. This internship is ideal for individuals who have a strong technical background in computer science or cybersecurity and are pursuing or have completed a masters degree in management or an MBA.Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network traffic and system activities for potential security threats and anomalies.
  • Threat Analysis: Support the analysis of security incidents to determine their impact and assist in developing strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Vulnerability Management: Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
  • Incident Response: Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents including root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Security Audits: Support internal and external security audits to ensure compliance with security policies standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Help maintain detailed records of security incidents vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.
  • Security Awareness: Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to implement security best practices and ensure the security of applications and systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Cybersecurity.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters in Management or MBA.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of network protocols firewalls and security technologies.
  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and software.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux) and their security features.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) for automation of security tasks.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001).
