Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cybersecurity Intern to join our team at Delaplex. As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the field of cybersecurity, working alongside our experienced team to protect our organization's information systems.

• Monitor network traffic and system activities for potential security threats and anomalies.
• Analyze security incidents to determine their impact and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Support internal and external security audits to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement security best practices and ensure the security of applications and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Cybersecurity.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's in Management or MBA.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and software.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their security features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.
