We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Audio Video (AV) technology to join our team. The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AV solutions for our clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of AV technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives for AV solutions.
  • end-to-end AV solutions that meet client needs, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • detailed technical proposals, including system diagrams, equipment lists, and project timelines.
  • technical guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase.
  • product evaluations and recommend appropriate AV technologies and vendors.
  • updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AV space.
  • closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept designs.
  • with cross-functional teams to integrate AV solutions with other technology systems (e.g., networking, control systems).
  • in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.


What We Expect:

  • degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • working in the audiovisual integration industry, with a deep understanding of AV installation and integration processes.
  • with software-based AV solutions, such as video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital signage software.
  • with cloud-based AV solutions and services.
  • of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AV solutions, preferably in a solution architect or similar role.
  • knowledge of AV technologies, including audio conferencing systems, video conferencing systems, digital signage, video walls, and control systems.
  • understanding of networking principles and protocols, including IP addressing, VLANs, QoS, and streaming protocols (e.g., RTP, RTSP).
  • with leading AV manufacturers and products, such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Cisco, and Poly.
  • certifications such as CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design) or CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation) are a plus.
  • analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • to travel to client sites as needed.
