Role: Icertis Commercial

Location: Pan India

Experience: 7-12 Years


Job Description:


The role/job involves a resource with experience in implementing and supporting Icertis CLMA Commercial instance who can participate in relevant project calls and meetings with customer to understand needs and requirements for UAT and PROD environments. It involves joining meetings with the implementation team for various enhancements/projects on Commercial Instance Icertis. The applicant/candidate should have knowledge on:


  • Running regression test in UAT and production after every P2P/changes and can handle Promote to Production (P2P) governance, orchestration, and process management from Dev to higher up environment wise
  • Answering user queries (on service now tickets) regarding functionality and Icertis know how to Business, stakeholder and even works with Icertis Vendor on these topics
  • General system administration (User Roles, Contract Types, Agreements, Attributes and Master Data – all Icertis Admin functionalities)
  • Service Now and JIRA use


The applicant/candidate should be able to provide:


  • Resolution of configurations in the system that are no longer functioning as intended and should be able to troubleshoot independently
  • Resolution of customizations that are impacted after new changes/enhancements from KPMG or Vendor side to the UAT and PROD system
  • Modifications to existing templates, contracts, clauses, workflows etc. that maybe part of Business requirements/enhancements/JIRA items and also new configurations, customizations, and integration development
  • Remediation on issues with integrated systems connected to ICI for UAT and PROD
  • Data reconciliation between system and coordination for fixes needed as and when required in PROD and UAT
  • Creation of Master data or transactional data and also help with Bulk Upload tasks – if and when required to do testing or based on business request
  • Help with Legacy Data Migration in UAT and PROD

Development of custom reports for Internal IT for Business and also have understanding of Power BI, ODS and any other integrated reporting tool
