At Sunshine, professionals get the opportunity to work in a structured yet innovative environment, where early intervention, family engagement, and evidence-based practices are at the heart of everything we do.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Gurugram. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include creating and executing therapy plans, providing one-on-one or group therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective and tailored therapy solutions and actively participate in improving clients’ communication outcomes.Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and strong understanding of typical and atypical speech development Expertise in assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Experience in handling and treating Dysphagia and related conditions Ability to tailor interventions to meet individual patient needs effectively Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology as per regulations Prior experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
