Sikich is seeking an Assurance Assistant Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The candidate must have experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review. Our dynamic environment attracts top-notch employees who enjoy being at the cutting edge and seeing every day how their work makes a difference.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, risk assessments, testing, and completion of EngagementsAct as in charge of medium and complex engagementDevelop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlinesMentor, train and supervise junior level staff on technical issuesCommunicate with Senior Manager/Directors on work status and client issues that ariseComply with firm/ Audit department policiesMaintain Client Relationship by focusing on quality and service excellenceEnsure proper documentation and review of engagementsDesign audit approaches, supervise audit teamsAttend mandatory technical training sessionsPrepare and review final reportsRequirements for Successful CandidateInter-CA/ACCA/CPA/CA with 5-7 years of relevant experienceTeam player with a proactive and result oriented approachKnowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and International standards of Auditing (ISA)Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguityProficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeStrong interpersonal and exceptional communication skillsStrong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trendsAbility to communicate clearly at all levels with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationshipsBenefits of being a part of the teamFamily Health Insurance including parentsLife & Accident InsuranceMaternity/paternity leavePerformance-based incentivesReferral Bonus programExam Fee Reimbursement PolicyIndian festival holidays5 days working weekMeals facilityDoctor's consultation
