This position requires working night shifts to support our international operations, particularly clients in the U.S.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing payroll, tax compliance, accounting and financial reporting for clients and companies, and must be comfortable working during off-hours.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. - Handle end-to-end payroll activities, book-keeping and professional tax filings. - Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and accounting standards. - Perform bookkeeping tasks and provide the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to the clients on a monthly basis. - Collaborate with international clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on payroll and tax matters.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. (Additional preference given to Enrolled Agents & US CPA) - 0–3 years of relevant experience in US taxation, payroll and accounting. - Experience working with international clients is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of US tax laws and payroll regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Excellent Verbal, written and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.Note: This role requires full-time night shift availability. Only candidates who are comfortable working during U.S. hours should apply.
