Every garment we create carries intention, care and craftsmanship — and we’re now seeking someone equally devoted to detail to support our growing journey.We’re looking for an experienced Fashion Garment Technician specialising in Western Silhouettes to collaborate with us on a freelance, project-based basis, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role.Your role will include:• Overseeing garment design specifications and technical feasibility• Managing fittings and ensuring impeccable fit and finish• Creating and refining detailed tech packs• Advising on construction methods and production efficiency• Ensuring quality control across samples and production• Working closely with our design and production teamsYou bring:• Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern making & fabric behaviour• Proven experience in Western Wear (this is essential)• Precision in fit, measurements & sizing processes• Proficiency in technical design software• Clear communication and strong organisational skills• Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly• An understanding of sustainable and ethical fashion practicesPrior experience in Western Wear is mandatory.
