Founded in 1967, It has been a leader in business transformation for over 50 years, leveraging technology to address a wide range of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations.The company is committed to unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future, helping organisations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.They provide a variety of services, including consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services.Job Details:-location: Pune & HyderabadMode Of Work : HybridNotice Period : Immediate JoinersExperience : 6 - 8 yrsType Of Hire : Contract to HireJOB DESCRIPTION:Design, develop, and maintain IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics applications.• Build and optimize cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes for financial planning and reporting.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Integrate TM1 with other systems (databases, reporting tools, APIs).• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and automation of recurring processes.• Support migration projects (e.g., upgrading TM1 to Planning Analytics).• Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner.Qualifications & Skills• Strong experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics (development and administration).• Proficiency in Turbo Integrator (TI) scripting, Rules, MDX queries.• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ETL concepts.• Familiarity with financial systems, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.• Experience with performance optimization of TM1 models.• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
