Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Sales and Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce platform. They will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets the needs of the organization and is configured and customized to optimize its usage.

The following are the key responsibilities of a Salesforce Developer:

Responsibilities:
Customization and Development: Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the overall success of Salesforce implementations.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot errors, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
Release Management: Manage and participate in the deployment of Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, integrations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Adherence to Best Practices: Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge and efficient solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce Lightning.
In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and declarative capabilities.
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
Salesforce Certifications ADM 201,Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant ,PD1 and PD2
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
