The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of IT and software development projects. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between Tech leads and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing IT projects across various departments (software development, web/app development, infrastructure, etc.) Coordinate daily project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams. Act as a communication bridge between project managers, clients, and technical teams. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates. Help manage resource allocation and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives. Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations. Participate in client calls, internal meetings, and sprint planning sessions. Support Agile/Scrum processes where applicable.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in an IT or software company (internship experience also considered). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana). Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies is a plus. Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
