Assistant Operations Manager 

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily activities at our organizations and projects.

The ideal candidate has experience building teams, organizations, the ongoing desire to learn and solve challenging problems running and operating a multi-location team.

You will get the opportunity to participate in a variety of software development projects including some Big Data and blockchain projects.

Responsibilities:

·        Monitor, evaluate, and report on budget, costs and income

·        Handle routine tasks and problems and escalate unusual or high priority items

·        Audit and place orders for tools, products and materials

·        Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling, and team interactions

·        Provide support to the operations manager in the day to day running of the organization

·        Develop work SOPs and guidelines for company employees

·        Create scrum/project management reports weekly basis

·        Identify what is required for staff to carry out their duties

·        Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned

·        Maintain and organize company’s facilities and expansions

·        Educate operations team on company policies and excellent service standards

·        Coach and train employees and staff

·        Onboard and offboard team members

·        Prepare invoices and monthly expense reports on time

·        Support HR and hiring processes

·        Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to manage projects

Requirements:

·        Must possess good communication skills on musty have good interpersonal skills

·        He/she must also portray good leadership abilities

·        Must be able to work and deliver within a limited time range or frame

·        Should be able to work as part of a team on a regular basis (across multiple time zones)

·        Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

·        Must have a good understanding of how an administrative setting operates and also know what is required at any given time

·        A degree in any management or business-related field

·        Min 1-year experience in IT operations, or business operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
