Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant with 4-8 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Core HR, and Oracle Talent Management and be responsible for the implementation, configuration, optimization, and enhancement of ORC solutions.

The candidate should also have experience with system integrations related to Oracle HCM and the ability to streamline talent acquisition workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation & Optimization:

- Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions to optimize talent acquisition workflows.

- Customize job requisition management, career site configuration, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

- Optimize recruitment processes, offer management, and candidate experience using ORC.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data security standards in ORC implementations.

Oracle HCM & Talent Management Integration :

- Configure and support Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management modules.

- Integrate ORC with third-party HR systems, job boards, background screening services, and payroll solutions.

- Work with technical teams to develop and test integrations using HCM Extracts, Web Services, and OTBI/BI Publisher.

- Ensure seamless data flow between ORC, Oracle HCM, and external applications.

System Enhancements & Support :

- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements within ORC.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

- Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and conduct user training.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration & User Training :

- Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to translate recruitment business requirements into system configurations.

- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer on ORC functionalities.

- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data validation, and go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition workflows, job requisition management, and hiring processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management modules.

- Experience with system integrations related to Oracle HCM (HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services).

- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and report development for ORC and HCM modules.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud or ORC Certification is a plus.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations.

- Knowledge of HR compliance, GDPR, and recruitment regulations.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in HR technology projects.
