We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist Team Lead to join our Operations team. The Reconciliation Specialist Team Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling transactions, accounts, and statements. This role is instrumental in maintaining financial & Operational compliance and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.



Job responsibilities:

  • The Reconciliation Specialist Team Lead is responsible for resolving all issues arising from Online & Offline (QR Code) transactions.
  • Perform automated back-office processing such as dispute processing, settlement, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Engage aggregators and business partners on improved service delivery
  • Attending to all transfer related enquiries from banks.
  • Develop and execute process, standards, guidelines and service level agreements for partnering organizations/merchants/individuals.
  • Attend to customer and merchant disputes and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Liaise with banks and aggregators on settlement discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation of transactions routed through various payments platforms.
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts for exceptions and subsequent escalation of exceptions to the switch and other vendors or third parties for resolution.
  • Ensures timely reconciliation of all transactions done on the terminals.
  • Ensure daily validation of transaction posting on system.



What are we looking for:

  • A self-starter and self-motivated person who is able to influence and direct the settlements and reconciliation process.
  • Passionate about solving problems and is focused on customer experience and outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • At least 4 years in Digital Financial Services or banking industry experience
  • Experience with electronic payment systems
  • 2 years team management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing- gateways
  • Leadership and teamwork skills,
  • Organization and Time management skills
  • Proficiency in using MS office suites.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in reconciliation and settlement


Education Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.

Experience - Total Experience: 10 to 12 years,

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office

Location – Noida
