The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET/C#, Optimizely CMS/Commerce, and front-end technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performing web solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain websites and digital experiences using Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Commerce.• Implement new features, modules, and templates following best practices.• Integrate Optimizely with external systems such as CRMs, analytics, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver robust and visually appealing solutions.• Optimize site performance, caching, and personalization features.• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment processes.• Ensure adherence to Optimizely coding standards and security practices.Technical Skills Required:• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (v11/v12) or Optimizely DXP (Cloud).• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC / C# / .NET Core.• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular.• Experience with Optimizely Commerce, Personalization, or Content Recommendations modules is an advantage.• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services.• Exposure to Optimizely Experimentation (A/B Testing) or Feature Flags is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:• Optimizely Certified Developer (CMS/Commerce).• Experience with headless CMS architecture or Next.js/React front-end integration.• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
