With a strong background in strategic marketing management, brand strategy, and integrated brand marketing, the Senior Brand Manager will lead our efforts in transforming business objectives into successful brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand positioning, manifesto, and identity manual.

- Understanding of SCM AND SEO.

- Connections with event organizers especially EDU industry.

- Sensitive to budget.

- Manage and execute loyalty programs to increase user engagement and daily traffic.

- Drive significant YOY growth in new signups by unlocking new channels and executing innovative campaigns.

- Enhance website metrics such as average session time per user through strategic brand campaigns.

- Execute BTL campaigns and generate leads for business courses and services.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to organize large-scale events leading to substantial B2B lead generation.

- Lead associations with major sports and entertainment entities to increase brand visibility and traffic.

- Conceptualize and deploy scholarship programs linked to performance, resulting in increased admissions.

- Utilize AI tools for video campaigns to improve funnel conversion rates.

- Run influencer campaigns to achieve high engagement and lead generation.

- Launch comprehensive PR releases across online and offline Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.

- MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a marketing role, with a focus on brand management.

- Experience in leading a team and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
