Role : Technical Project Manager Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.Core Responsibilities : - - Lead cross-functional agile teams through full project lifecycle while ensuring high-quality deliverables- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners to define and execute sprint goals- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining clear stakeholder communication- Monitor and report project health, risks, and mitigation strategiesMust-Have Qualifications : - - 4 - 6 years of total experience with 2+ years as Technical Project Manager- Previous hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer- Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate complex requirements- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldBonus Points For : - Scrum Master certification- Experience working with international clients- Strong understanding of software development life-cycleWhat Sets You Apart : - Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders- Experience in improving team processes and driving best practicesThis role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing company.
