We are Hiring for the Leading Product Development CompanyPosition - Technical Project ManagerExp - 5 to 9 yearsLocation - Bangalore ( Hybrid - 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH )Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-focused environment.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and software architecture is a plus.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.- Manage project budgets and resource forecasts.- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
