The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise inSalesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with a deep technical understanding of the platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives.Location:Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026) Employment Type : Full Time Key Responsibilities Develop complex and scalable Salesforce code solutions while guiding the development team on best practices and optimal implementation. Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Performhands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customizationas required. Conductcode reviewsto ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Stay current with the latestSalesforce features, releases, and industry best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform limitationsand the ability to design efficient solutions within or around those constraints. Proven expertise inLightning Web Components (LWC) . Deep proficiency inApex development , includingasynchronous and batch processing . Minimum6 years of experiencein Salesforce development. Minimum2 years of experiencein asenior or lead developer role . Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities , includingSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud . Salesforce certifications preferred —Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II . Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience withAgile development methodologiesis a plus. Ability tothrive in a fast-paced environmentand manage multiple priorities efficiently. Fluent inEnglish (speaking and writing) .Work Arrangement Immediate onboarding preferred(within 2 weeks maximum). Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’llwork from home— requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
