Role: Salesforce Copado Dev Ops Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 3 months (Possibility of Contract-to-hire) Work Hours: IST Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: Hybrid (2x days onsite) in Bangalore or Gurugram, India We’re seeking a Salesforce Dev Ops Specialist with strong experience in Copado CI/CD, Copado CRT, and Azure Dev Ops to enhance and automate deployment pipelines across Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization using Copado and Azure Dev Ops. Manage Salesforce deployments, metadata dependencies, and rollback strategies. Automate sandbox refreshes, version control, and testing integrations. Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release efficiency. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless releases. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years in Dev Ops or Release Engineering, with 3+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Hands-on with Copado CI/CD , Copado CRT , and Azure Dev Ops . Strong Salesforce development background (Apex, LWC, Flows). Proficiency in Git, automation, and sandbox management. Copado & Salesforce certifications preferred.
