Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, treatments, and conducting assessments. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Assist in patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities. Clinical Duties: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans. Prepare and assist in medical procedures as required. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Health Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Provide guidance on medication usage, post-discharge care, and follow-up protocols. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain a sterile and organized work environment. Professional Development: Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay updated with nursing practices. Contribute to team discussions and quality improvement initiatives. Compliance: Follow hospital policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice.

Qualifications

Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Licensure:  Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local regulations.
