Purpose:
This position is required to provide technology leadership on medium to large scale products/platform with internal and direct customer impact.
Education: B.E./B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent Computer Degree
Purpose:
- The candidate will be responsible for building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure.
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers. Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Testing and examining code written by others and analysing results.
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes. Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions

Business/Channel/Function: Digital
Experience:
- Overall 5+ experience in Infra Provisioning & 3+ experience in AWS Services and Terraform
- Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls at the infrastructure level.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Innodb, nagios or Splunk.
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and maintain the company's DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain a scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Automate and streamline deployment processes, minimizing manual intervention and improving system efficiency.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including provisioning and configuring virtual machines, containers, and storage solutions.
- Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability scanning, to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and recommending adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
