Oracle Finance Fusion Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead or contribute to 12 end-to-end Oracle Finance Fusion implementations with a focus on GL, AP, AR, and Fusion modules.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Perform functional analysis and provide solutions aligned with best practices in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Manage client interactions and communications to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and support staff.
- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Key Skills & Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials, with strong hands-on in Fusion Financials GL, AP, AR.
- Experience in 1 to 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Finance architecture and configuration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client-facing roles and provide effective functional support.
- Proven ability to document business processes, write functional specs, and lead UAT efforts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (Nice to have)
- Experience working with multinational clients or large-scale enterprises
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
