Join us and be a part of this exciting & fulfilling journey.Role Overview:The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities.The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.Key & Onboarding:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).- Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of new employees.HR Operations & Employee Relations:- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.- Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.- Support in performance management and appraisal process.- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance.Payroll & Statutory Compliance:- Assist in monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.Learning & Development:- Support in planning and executing employee training programs.- Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness.Engagement & Culture:- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.ISO & Documentation Support:- Maintain HR documentation aligned with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and 27001 requirements.- Support internal and external audit processes.Qualification and Skills:- Bachelors degree or Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or tech setup.- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (greytHR preferred).- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
