We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  • Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Visual Design: Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing look and feel that aligns with the brand identity.
  • User Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, technical requirements, and design solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and interaction patterns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
