Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - IT Recruitment to lead and manage the IT recruitment division. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, leading teams, and delivering high-quality talent to meet business needs. The role involves strategic planning, relationship management with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement training to enhance team capabilities.
- Set recruitment goals and KPIs and ensure they are met or exceeded.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across multiple technologies.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking.
- Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to enhance the recruitment process and strategy.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT roles.
Recruitment Operations & Strategy:
- Design and implement efficient recruitment workflows and processes.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume and complex IT recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and the IT recruitment landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing.
- Understanding of global IT recruitment trends and practices.
- Ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives in recruitment.
