Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requisitions from US-based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close positions.
- Source from job boards, including but not limited to Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of the placement process
- Overall, responsible for achieving good conversion of requisitions to submissions - submissions to interviews - interviews to placements.

Requirements:
- A highly self-motivated driven positive attitude individual with a burning desire to succeed
- Willing to work hard and grow with the company.
- Must be well-organized, tenacious, and have the drive to never give up - this means failure or quitting is not in your vocabulary.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Most of all, you need to take your career seriously and take pride in what you do.
- College degree preferred
