About the Role:

The Senior Manager - Training will oversee the operations and administration of the Magic Billion Global Academy (MBGA), ensuring it runs as a profit and loss (P&L) center while delivering effective training programs and ensuring candidates successfully complete their courses.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of MBGA, including trainer management and resource utilization.
  • Manage the MBGA as a P&L center, ensuring effective infrastructure use and month-on-month planning.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with PAN India training partners, ensuring alignment with the training goals.
  • Track and analyze training data and metrics to ensure the success of all training programs, including English language and technical certifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training models to optimize both efficiency and costs.
  • Ensure successful completion rates for all enrolled students.
  • Identify individual learning needs and motivate candidates to complete programs within the shortest possible timeframe.


Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Proven ability to manage training centers and trainers.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Experience managing teams and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving demands.
