Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore


Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic team in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring a smooth workflow in collaboration with the kitchen team.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines.
  • Assist in developing new dishes or improving existing recipes.
  • Ensure food is presented in a visually appealing manner.

  1. Kitchen Operations
  • Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies before service.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of food handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure timely service.

  1. Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef or Manager of shortages.
  • Ensure proper storage of all ingredients and equipment.

  1. Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Provide support to team members during busy service times.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
